Bidvest Insurance: Disappointing!

I became a client of bidvest legal angel on the 10th of May 2021. I was told that I would get my documents in hard copy within 30 days. 30 days past but the documents never came. I called and queried it(17/062021). ; I was given a reference number, with a promise to receive a call from customer care, and another promise that my documents would definitely would be delivered within 30 days....I have yet to receive either! If they were as serious as they said they were, when they phoned and begged for me to take this policy with them , I would have received the phone call I was promised, as well as those documents by now.... Was I wrong in choosing bidvest legal angel?
