typical ************ insurance company! I have been waiting for over 2 months for settlement of a tire claim. responses to emails take on average a week, with each response shifting the goalposts. they will request a new document with each response. once submitted they turn around and say they have no record of any documents and request that you restart the process. the modus operandi seems to be to frustrate the client into abandoning their claim. this company is not worth the monthly premiums. ********** Service!
