Bidvest Insurance Deception

Im utterly disgusted with Bidvest, Their Scratch and Dent cover department is really disgraceful, I called them to request my documentation, they sent it through to me and i sent in a claim. under their policy the damage on the vehicle is covered up to R3,500 per type of damage per claim. They then reject my claim on the basis that their cover is up to R2,500 contrary to the information they sent to me before, then I dispute the rejection and they then call me to tell me that they are calling from another department and not claims, Administration the lady on 031 *** , says. She then says sory we made a mistake on the document sent to you and when questioned about why only raise this when i claim and sent through my documents, she denies that it is as a result of the claim, rather conveniently so.
