Bidvest insurance customer experience is BAD

Pathetic and useless! They take your money every month and when you need to submit a claim it’s a mission. 5 days without my car, Its at the dealership and they trying to get authorization from Bidvest and its a mission. Their turn around time is a joke and no one updates you on your claim. When you call, they put you on hold for so long and they end up disconnecting you. Truly shocking and disappointing
