Bidvest Insurance- Big ****

Big ****, i took a tyre insurance with them and have put a claim through to them after getting a double puncture almost four weeks go, it was raining very heavily and had no choice but to replace both of my damaged tyres at the very nearest place where this guys are fixing and replacing tyres and unfortunately this happens to be the guys running the business informally on the street.

I followed almost all the processes including but not limited to taking all the damaged tyres to Tiger Wheel & Tyres in Tembisa as this is stated in their policy, when i got there, the Manger took all the pictures of the damaged tyres on all different angles including the measurements, assured and confirmed that everything is fine.

Up to today, i am still waiting to hear from Bidvest Insurance, made a lot of calls and sent through the emails but only receive automatic response.

This is very disgusting and unfair customer service or treatment from the service providor.
