Bidvest insurance Bad service providers

Poor feedback, customer support service do not communicate within turn around time. Claim unregistered over 3 weeks, all requirement submitted in first week, call center agree they received all the necessary documents but still drag their feet. Tired of calling just to be placed on hold for 35 min no joy from Bidvest insurance. Policy is a suppose to be a peace of mind cover in case of scratch or sent or tyre damage but rather a wild goose chase with percentage cover.........
