Bidvest Insurance bad service

In February 2020 I wanted to purchase Toyots Etios from McMcarthy Toyota Midrand, and I got contacted by Ryno Dames from Bidvest Insurance to assist me with getting affordable insurance quotes.

Ryno got a quote for R1875.36 from King Price Insurance and asked me if I can go for the quote. I indicated to him that I cannot take the quote because the amount is too much for me and we agreed that I'm not taking it.

I decided to no longer take Toyota Etios and I cancelled the application with the dealer.

But to my surprise today 25 April 2020 I received a notification that R1875.36 was deducted from my account by King Price insurance. I contacted King Price and they told me that it is because the broker didn't cancel.

I would like to log a complain because I cannot be able to pay for my current insurance because all the money has gone to King Price because of the broker that didn't cancel the quote.
