Bidvest insurance are *****'s

Please please please read this review before considering insurance with bidvest. I took out a tyre policy last year and put through a claim on the 29th of Dec 2019... I sent through claims as they requested. 1stly the process of putting through a claim is a nightmare because you have to take out the tyre from your car and take it to a tyre dealer to take pics of it with a tyre gage. So if you only have 1 car I am not sure how that is possible to do. They really arent client orientated they are more for self gain. After sending 2 quotes their were not happy with 1 of the quotes so I had to get another quote of which was submitted. 1 week later I had to pick up the phone to ask what was happening and the only response i got was o sorry i dont know what happened but I'll contact the assessor now... I am paying for a policy that covers a tyre for R2000 they want to pay out R435 for the claim how pathetic is that. Please do not waste your time money and effort with bidvest I cancelled both my policies with them. Have a look at the insurance froM MFC much better
