Bidvest insurance
Hi
Bidvest did me bad i don't want to lie, i have a car insurance with budget insurance and bidvest as my shortfall cover.
I bought the car June 2024 unfortunately September 2024 my car was ******.
Budget insurance did pay however the is a shortly fall of R150 000 bidvest said they will pay R2 300 imagine i went through their contract the is nothing that i did wrong for them to pay R2 300.
Ever since October until today i am paying for the car that i am not even using
i have escalate this issue to Ombudsman for further assistance and my case is due on the 21 of January 2025 hopefully i get help
