Bidvest insurance
I would like to express my gross dissatisfaction with Bidvest insurance (tyre angel), I hit a pothole and my tyre burst, when I submitted a claim I was told they are declining my claim because my tyre has a bubble. When I tried to explain to them that the bubble was the result of the impact they just dismissed me saying they don’t cover bubbles. So I just wanna warn the general public out there about these ******** masquerading as an insurance company. They are happy to debit your account every month, and will do anything not to pay when it comes to claim time.

01 Aug 2020, 09:59by the way the “dedicated administrator” did not see any wrong doing from her company. It seems as if it’s not normal to her for a tyre to develop any bubbles after an impact with a porthole, which raises a question what causes bubbles on the Tyre in the first place?
