Bidvest Insurance

I took Bidvest Tyre insurance over a year ago, I put in a claim on the 2 December, a very onerous procedure involving different photos, nonethe less I completed the forms and uploaded all the documents which along with phone calls and being put on hold took about 3 hours. I did not hear back from the claims department, so I called last week on the 13th December, and was told someone would call me. I again re emailed everything last night Still no response I have now been on hold for 15 minutes, apperntly there is no one to take my call. I will now have to go through the onerous task of cancelling my policy and contacting the insurance ombundsman. Please do not take insurance out with Bidvest, stick to reputable companies
