BIDVEST INSURANCE

Bidvest insurance poor service, my husband have mechanical warranty with bivest, their service is very poor, not professional , his policy they include, tow truck to send to the dealer and also car hire but they don't deliver service as they promised, but bidvest they are good to deduct money on time, but when come to deliver service, none , even when we send the car to the dealer we call bidvest but nothing instead keep crossed examined my husband until we decided to collect our car and they didnt pay even a cent to dealer

Bidvest insurance is a good company? NO People must not take this insurance you'll have headache when you need help Instead bidvest they keep lying said they called my husband so that they will pay the dealer, when we asked the lady at Range rover The Glen, said nothing from bidvest insurance. I wont recommend anyone to join BIDVEST INSURANCE their service is very poor not professional they dont pay anything
