Bidvest are dishonest ********

Took our legal cover with bidvest. I explained my situation and asked if i would be covered. The consultant recommended i take out insurance. Which i did. Then received my papers via email and went through them only to find out i am actually not covered for what i needed the cover for. Then cancelled my policy and they still debitted my account.
