bidvest a sham!! disgusted!
I took out an extended warranty ... To my surprise, my claim was rejected last week. Basically I am told that the car must be stripped which will cost 15k in order for them to assess if the issue with the car is covered by them. The sales agent specifically said EVERYTHING is covered apart your the windows and tyres BUT now I am told to cough up 15k so you can further decide to ***** me over?! Bidvest I want a full refund or my car fixed!! No person in their right mind will pay 15k out of GOD KNOWS where for you to decide whether you want to cover my car for something you promised would be covered. What you are doing is disgusting to say the least! Also I want all record of conversations with your staff provided to me!
