"Bidvest" a LEGAL ****!!!

If you're looking for short term insurance, please make sure you stay away from Bidvest Insurance at all costs. I've had a theft burster insurance for 2yrs, that covers valuables ****** during a smash and grab, hijacking and theft. I had my valuables ****** from outside the car, whilst I was inside, the suspects snatched my phone and one pushed the door lock open to allow the friend to gain entry at the front door to ***** my bag. I sent thr claim but it was rejected because they didn't break my window, so clearly the cover wording was a lie because this was never mentioned.
