BEWARE ********** -**** WAARANTY - THEY DONT PAY OUT AND LOOK FOR VARIOUS WAYS TO CHEAT YOU OUT OF VALID CLAIMS

<p>Please a warning to unsuspecting consumers - Bidvest Warranty insurance plan is a a major ****. I was convinced to take out a 2 year contract with top up warranty insurance - 397.00 for double cover. Every time i submitted a claim in the 2yrs every excuse was made not to pay a cent. No one responded to claims and you have to follow up all the time. When they wanted the business they falsely sold the insurance. When i did eventually have a valid claim accroding to them they discovered that it was my final month of cover as per the contract and were not honouring it. No one phoned notified me when it was expiring and accroding to the policy it was suppose to be 1 month after but was stopped a month earlier. Shocking that they get away with this based on all the complaints here its obvious that they are a **** insurance.</p>
