Bid track has offered the best customer service. Compared to other insurance service providers they I was assisted with one of the team members, the Policy admin Mr Nkanyiso Mkhize. He was very helpful beyond expectation I must say. He also made me aware of the refund due t me for the policy of the previously owned vehicle. And for this I will continue using their services over and over again because they have shown true loyalty and customer satisfaction. Highly recommended, you will never be disappointed.
