BAD TYRE CLAIM SERVICE
Bidvest Insurance is terrible. I claimed for my tyre and it has already taken over a week for the assessor to complete my claim. The policy states that the turn around time is 48hrs but this is a lie. I have to call them everyday and I get same response that the assessor is still buzy with the claim. How am i supposed to drive with a damaged tyre for this long. I am definetely going to cancel my contract and find a better company for my tyre insurance
