Bad Service

I put a claim for my rim and tyre , it has been a motnh and it's still pending approval , i have called their useless call centre several times, enquired on emails and only then they tell me something is missing, the last email was tire tread gauge not matching with the actual tyre, this is realy time consuming , do i now have to drive around with a damaged tyre incase they need something from it? i have paid these people for 3 years without a fail and i have never claimed before, my tyre was fairly new when it got dameged, T hey are not living up to their motto because they do not respond within 48hrs of receiving emails, Insurance claims are not meant traumatize us like they are currently doing, i will be cancelling both my tyre guard and body insurance, I WILL NOT STOP UNTILE THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED, NEXT IS RADIO METRO AND 947 THAT'S WHERE I'M HEADING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS ISSUE
