Bad service by taking premiums and paying when they have to pay

This company is a ****, i had a shortfall insurance with them and my was written off and the main insurance paid but it is taking them full 2 weeks to settle my shortfall and the bank has already sent them all the documentation but when they were deducting management was not approving the premiums.
