BAD SERVICE- BIDVEST TYRE INSURANCE

I am very dissapointed with Bidvest tyre insurance, their service is very disgusting and their aim is to fustrate the client on the 5 December 2022 i submitted a tyre claim ofwhich i bought 4 tyres, i submitted my claim & i was told i need to take my tyres to the tyre shop ofwhich i did I took pictures isubmitted everyting including the invoice, then after that i was asked to sent other invoice, then they need digital tyre tread, i went to other tyre shop they did for me and i was told by bidvest the pictures are not clear, i went again then i was told they need a picture of a damage tyres, everyday its a new story, its time consuming and money to go around i am so dissapointed with them i will suggest not to take this insurance,they will fustrate you , and now i am planning to take this to Ombudsman bcoz i dint understand what seem to be a problem- my claim no ***1400cell number.***
