Bad Poor Service

I submitted claim ***5 7406 with Reggie at Bidvest insurance on 22/06/23. I have a problem with my car gearbox transmission. I'm eight months with the insurance and it's my first claim. I never defaulted on my premiums.

They have forwarded the forms to tell my problem and promised that an agent will be in touch with me in 48hrs. Up to date no one has contacted me only automated text was sent thanking me for my claim. End of the month my account was debited as usual.

I'm so disappointed about kind of service offered as I regarded them as a company with integrity hence choosing them. Maybe if my second name was De wet or De klek my claim would been handled with urgency.

I cross my fingers if would go my way , probably it would go high way. I had bad first experience. I rate them BIG ZORO with eyes and ears.
