BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have made a claim for 2 damage tyres on the 27th/03/2024 to date still I haven't got any assistance every time I call the claims department it's either they don't pickup the call or my call will be directed to the reception, she will take my details for a callback I am still waiting to date. I've fill in the form and sent all pictures they requested, m told the matter is with the assessor who is nowhere to be found and to my surprise they are the first ones to debit on my account early hours of the morning
