I claimed for tyres almost a month ago, sent all documents required. I bought tyres cash whilst waiting for insurance to pay, Insurance approved a quotation from a supplier that is out of stock now I must wait for the tyres to be ordered and will be fitted by then. Now what will I do with tyres if I fitted them already??? I called to cancel insurance but I was told it’s not possible….. this is absurd
