I have never received such an outstanding service from an issurance agent.. Luthando was very kind, understanding and patient with me while I battled explaining what I am trying to claim for.. He even took me through all the policies I hve with Bidvest and explain each and every cover clearly in a language I understand.. I am honoured and grateful for that crash course and wish we could just clone him so that we can have more of him
