ASHLEY WAS AWESOME AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE AFTER OTHER CONSULTANTS DROPPED THE PHONE ON ME 3 TIMES.

AND HE PHONED ME AFTERWARDS TO CONFIRM IF I HAD RECEIVED MY AUTHORISATION LETTER.
