As far as insurances go... Stay away from Bidvest

Bidvest Tyre Angel insurance DOES NOT provide any peace of mind whatsoever. When they do decide to send any form of correspondence they do so through email from people who you are left wondering if they own cars and know the dynamics and troubles that one has to go through when it comes to issues of tyres.

I initially lodged a claim, and with that received a claim form with a million hoops to climb through, and when I had finally been the good circus ****** that they expected of me, then the final hoop came, that was not by the way included in the claim form, "Clear picture of damage to the rim ( if damage is not visible a short 10 second video of the rim on a balancing machine is required )".

As if, I have a balancing machine at my house just waiting for this ridiculous request.

Now all my emails go unanswered. I cannot imagine if this is how they work with tyre insurance what of the rest of their products.
