Appalling service by Bidvest Insurance.

On the 25th March my car experienced a breakdown and a claim was lodged immediately with Bidvest who I have a warranty with. Despite their promise to get back to you within 24 to 48 hours of claims being lodged - 14 days later there has been no word from Bidvest. Everything I call I am told the claim is with the assessor. I had to pay for work done by Audi Bloemfontein and sent all the paperwork to Bidvest. Not even the decency of a response even if it is simply to acknowledge receipt.
