Another ******* from IUA Bidvest.

<p>I bought a car the beginning of the year in 2016 from Mccarthy VW in Roodepoort a Polo GPS Tsi and I also took out a service extender through the IUA as this was a second hand vehicle. The Vehicle was due for Service when it reached 45000km as I was told by the service center I also took out a Service Extender with the IUA Bidvest that covered me until 100 00km. In the month of June I took in my vehicle for service at the VW service center in Roodepoort and I was told that the warranty was not gonna cover this as I had brought in the car in late and over the grave period granted and I was asked to pay for the service and which I understood and paid from gladly. I was also inform that any future service books that I might have in the future I would need to pay for them as the IUA Bidvest would not cover for them as I brought in the car in late. I have been paying the IUA for the service Extender that I took and would have been servicing my car when it reached 60000km. I have contacted the IUA Bidvest numerous times and I have not heard a respond from them. This has been going on for the past month. I have been paying the IUA for the past 8 months for service yet to be rendered to me and now they do not want to come to the table. IUA is quick to debit my account for their premiums but are not willing to do what they need to. I'm being ****** as I brought in the car late and I have been paying them for months for a service that they are not willing to give and now will not service my car. I've sent email after email and I've called to speak to Managers and they are always in meetings. If IUA is not willing to get their act together I will warn people not to trust this company as they will take you for a ride and not help when the need arises.
