Annoyed with Bidvest warranties

Very bad experience i haven't had a car for a week my car is with repairer ,not sure what is holding Bidvest to have my car fixed, they keep ask for documents one by one i had similar situation in 2022 i ended up paying for the repairs, im annoyed
