All claims are rejected

Bidvest car warranty is terrible , they don't want to pay for anything but want to take the premiums for nothing .Everything that you claim for is an exclusion from their insurance when they have to pay. Four times I have claimed within the 3 years I had been the client and non of my claims has not been declined as an exclusion,. this you get told after they make you run around for quotations , assessments and pictures of the parts to claim for. They will however never fail to deduct the premiums. The way they bombard even clients with sms's even in the evening to offer services that they don't keep up with.
