Accepting insurance from a person but dealing with robots afterwards.

I registered a claim with with Bidvest. Claims process is terrible and not to mention the communication. I was asked to fill the claims form which I did and submitted along with the pictures but was later told they cannot open the pictures. I sent through the quote that I got from proline that also included pictures. I am so disgusted by the service because I sent *** to cancel the policy they just replied to confirm cancellation but never to ask why am I cancelling. PLEASE DO NOT DEBIT MY ACCOUNT AGAIN. because till date not even the claims handler made contact to advise how far are we with the claim. I regret the day I accepted your insurance.
