I want to advise south african dont open bidvest insurance it is a ****, we approaching end of the month they will take their premium, but there is no service, they did ask invoice from us but no refund its been 2 weeks already. Bidvest insurance is a **** we payed everything with our own money nothing, they keep cross examined us but no communication from them we must begged them as if we ask favour.

This is the worst insurance ever in my life, south African if you have business with BIDVest please go and cancelled and find better insurance we paid R550000 from our own pockets and Bidvest reimburse with R500 only, it is disgusting, Bidvest is the worst

for example: we did not get tow truck, roadside assistant, courtesy car, repairs and your turn around time is terrible, because in your policy you said the claim will be finalized within 48hrs, however its been more than 3 weeks we still waiting. also you only give feedback when we post you on hellopeter then after that dead quite again, none of the above is in lined with claim policy.
I hope other clients are taking notes of your bad service.
for example: we did not get tow truck, roadside assistant, courtesy car, repairs and your turn around time is terrible, because in your policy you said the claim will be finalized within 48hrs, however its been more than 3 weeks we still waiting. also you only give feedback when we post you on hellopeter then after that dead quite again, none of the above is in lined with claim policy.
