Worst car VW - Poor customer service from VW South Africa and even worse customer experience at Bidvest McCarthy VW Durban

VW T-cross R Line from Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen (Durban, South Africa) I feel compelled to share my deeply frustrating and infuriating experience with Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen in Durban, I recently purchased a VW T-Cross R Line from them, and it has been an absolute nightmare.

Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I started experiencing issues with it. When I brought it back to the dealership, they informed me that I would need to pay for the parts required to fix the problems. These issues were not caused by me, and yet they are making me bear the cost. To make matters worse, they cannot even provide a clear explanation for why this is happening.

I reached out to Volkswagen South Africa for assistance, hoping they would step in and resolve this unfair situation. Unfortunately, both the dealership and Volkswagen South Africa have started ignoring my communications. Calls and emails have gone unanswered, and it seems like they have no intention of addressing the issue now that they are aware of it.

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Bidvest McCarthy Volkswagen Pinestreet. Their service is abysmal, and their accountability is nonexistent. They are quick to make a sale but disappear when it comes to resolving any post-purchase problems. This dealership and Volkswagen South Africa have shown a complete lack of integrity and customer care.
