Voltex Mossel Bay

<p>As maintenance manager of a couple of businesses and properties in Mossel Bay I buy a lot of material from our local businesses. I have been into Voltex Mossel Bay numerous times in the past and experienced poor to bad service almost every time. From being in a que standing second and waiting more than 10 minutes to get helped (not only once or twice), to being told that they do not have stock of the most common things, like different size glands or just a different colors or sizes cabtire. I refrained from supporting Voltex the past year and a half and directed my business with a bit of planning to Cape Town.</p> <p> </p> <p>I urgently needed some Flexicon/Copex about two weeks ago and thought I'll give Voltex another opportunity. I phoned and after I explained what I am looking for to the third person, Johan took my details and confirmed that he will get back to me with a price, length and delivery date. </p> <p>I called Johan the 15/16th of August 2016 - it is today the 24th of August 2016.</p>
