Very bad response to customer issues and work!!!????

i called to querry a notification i got on my account only for this Raymond Mann Guy to be rude to me, listen you all dont know how one makes thier money and regardless of ones account balance you cant go about being rude to clients, we all have issues so you cant also blame it on personal matters, this is just uncalled for, i am not letting this go till someone does the right thing, after all the funny charges that you deduct on accounts you still have the guts to be rude to client, is this some kind of a sick joke, if t is then please send it some where that it will be appreciated, cos it doesnt tickle my fancy at all....!!!
