USELESS!!!!

Bidvest is a bank that pays out all AIRBNB payments. Each year you have to fill in a mandate form.......for tax purposes. They only let me know today that I had to update the mandate, as they are sitting on over R*** of mine. I called only to be told I could not get a reference number, and there were so many mandates and people screaming for the airbnb payouts. That she had no idea how long it would take as they were so busy!!!! I do not expect this from a bank this size that deals with all airbnb payouts. Hoping someone from airbnb is on hello peter to change their methods of payment.
