Unfair Dismissal by Bidvest Prestige.

I am a father of three daughters and was referred to the Prestige offices for a cleaning job in Sandton by one of the supervisors overseeing the Standard Bank contract. I was then employed (Signed papers, submitted banking details and all other documents as required) by Bidvest to work at a new contact at C***** (City Deep). Fingerprints were taken and access at the C***** Warehouse was granted. I then started working on the 1st of June 2017 and worked well for two weeks. I loved my worked and did as per supervisor's orders.

I was then, one day, informed by the supervisor; Mr Senelo Malahlela of a change in shift from day to night. I reported to work (Night, as informed by the supervisor) only to find another person working. I asked the supervisor and he admitted to have miscommunicated and requested I report the following day for work. I did so, but was told i had been replaced by someone. I was then directed to Hudson at head office. Until today, I have been going to Hudson but he has been avoiding me.

After struggling for sometime, I finally got a job and borrowed money from people for transport and until now I haven't even received a cent even on the few days which I worked. When I contacted Hudson about this, he told me my papers were missing. I submitted all the papers, from tax, bank details and all other docs needed on the first day of employment. I also signed some other docs as required.
