My wife and I entered the Bidvest lounge in CPT International Domestic terminal on our Investec cards. We asked if we could take our 2 young children in with us (6 and 10) for 30 minutes while we waited for our plane. The hostess indicated that we could and that we would NOT have to pay. However, I see on my statement that they have since charged us R194 (transaction date 02/01 and posted on 05/02??). <br> <br> I did not enter my pin, nor sign any authorisation for this charge and will hence be taking it up with Investec too.<br> <br> Shocking service Bidvest!
