Unc!aimed money

Seems to me that I'm not the only one that was contacted in June for my unclaimed money , my paper work was submitted same time an also told I will receive payout end of August, but nothing then previously contacting call centre keeps you on hold forever with a response of next payout is on 15th September, still no payout, called again payout on 16th September, still no payout, called again now my case is not logged for payment release. Seriously how unprofessional is this an then so see that on this site its not just me its other people with the exact same experience , response an problem. They were suppose to call me back now since Monday an surprise still Nothing. What is being done about this... Its amazing they still open. Bad horrible service.
