Terrible Service and No reliable staff

I am appalled and really disappointed in the service received. I have a Bidvest Grow Account and sent and email the 30/10/2020 regarding a charge on my account that I disputed. Not only haven't i received even a single phone call. I get emails from so many different agents asking me to complete the same form I have sent through almost 6 times since my initial email. I don't know what is going on I am not kept updated. The customer service is terrible and the fact that so many people work on one query without knowing what's going on shows how *********** the staff really is. This is the worst service I have received in my entire life.
