Sarel of bidvest lounge rude and eventhought information was Incoreect he still refused me access into the bidvest lounge

I was at Blowmfontein Airport and I was flying to jhb at 13:30 and my boarding was 13:00 I entered the bidvest lounge at the airport at 11:35,I was then told I could only access the lounge in 7 minutes I asked Sarel who swiped my card isn't access to the lounge 90 mins before boarding he then stated it was 120 mins before boarding and acknowledged what he saw on the screen was incorrect but he then asked me to leave the lounge or pay the penalty for going in early,Sarah was rude and eventhough he could see that the jnformation was incorrect he refused to assist,this is really pathetic poor service from Bidvest.I will be lodging a complaint with my bank as well
