Sandton Western Union Bidvest Branch asking for the IDs of money senders from other countries

<p>Hello</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know why Sandton Bidvest Branch is asking that the senders of money send their IDs to them before they give the money to reciepients.</p> <p> </p> <p>Has there been any amendment to the existing law regulating the transmission of funds internationally?
