Provident Fund Claim: Berzack Brothers

<p>I resigned from Berzacks in June 2016. I have been trying to get an update on my claim since July 2016. We are in October and I have not received any communication on this claim. The last communication I had from Bidvest was with Barbara Rankin your salary administrator in the consumer division. She responded on the 5th of September to say it was being process: no information on how long this process will take, no information on anything as been provided to me, she then stated she would let me know everything on the process. However she has been silent, when I send an email, I dont get responses, when I call her my number is no longer answered.. When I left I was told the process takes 3 months now its the 4th month and still no communication on this matter. I do not know what Bidvest requires me to do as the next step if this is not resolved. I ahve provided the company with all the details they required when I left.</p>
