Processing error on website

I have received an email that I need to complete my 2025 mandate form to receive my Airbnb payment for January 2025. I have completed the form (as i have every year) and pressed submit. It returns an error message saying that i can't be processed and that I must contact them at the provided email. I sent an email to *** but then i get another error message saying that the address can't be found. Its very frustrating and I can't get hold of anyone there!!
