Poor service on new account. Bidvest Bank

<p>I recently opened a Bidvest Bank account. Due to a memory problem I could not remember my pin on Saturday and exceeded the pin tries. I contacted the call centre and Ntombi gave me a run around and tols me that i could only use the card within 24hours. She also refused to let me speak to anyone in a senior position, by saying she is yhe superior. I am not impressed and decided on Bidvest to receive personal service. This issue needs to be resolved and Ntombi needs to take responsibility for her lack of customer service. If this poor service continues, I will transfer all funds and cancel the account.</p>
