Poor service in Bidvest Premier Lounge at Bloemfontein airport

<p>I am a diners club cardholder and therefore use Bidvest lounges frequently. my experience today at the lounge in Bloemfontein was appalling. Firstly I was asked to pay another R75.00 as I entered the lounge 30 minutes too early. I am happy to pay, but at least better communication with regards to any changes in terms of costs. I have not had any communication whatsoever about payment if you use diners to enter the lounge. Secondly I feel that paying R75.00 was a total waste of money as the internet is slow, cheese was old and mouldy, scones and brownies were stale. I think this is very bad service and to crown it all service you have to pay for. </p>
