POOR SERVICE-BIDVEST McCARTHY

Purchased a vehicle from Bidvest McCarthy in Dec 2017,still waiting for Natis docs. According to Rene (Bidvest) we are equally to be blamed as we should have asked in the first place if the vehicle has Natis docs (WONDER IF THIS IS NORMAL PRACTICE WHEN BUYING A CAR?). Tried calling management and CEO's office for help with no response.
