I want to share my recent experience with Bidvest Insurance — and unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services at all.

I took out a vehicle warranty plan, and as always, the sales process was smooth and full of promises. It all sounded like the best product out there.

But when it came time to actually use the policy, things changed completely. Suddenly, it was one thing after another: “No, we don’t cover this,” and “No, that’s not included either.”

I’ve come to realize that making a claim is full of hurdles — like navigating a minefield of exclusions and fine print. It’s frustrating and disappointing.

Please be cautious before taking out any policies with Bidvest Insurance. In my experience, it's just not worth the hassle or the false sense of security.
