Old Mutual Money Account - beware! Reference Number [MAFICA***]

Without warning, my Old Mutual Money Account has been suspended, leavinmg me financially stranded. I had to visit the nearest Old Mutual Bank branch, and did so on 2025/03/10, after receiving messages (SMS) and emails from Tyrone Maritz (omfinance). I supp**** fingerprints, original ID, no changes were made to my personal profile so why FICA? Each transaction that needed authorization / OTP was authorized by myself and linked to my cell phone number. All emails were send from my linked email account. I received an email: Due to backlog of suspended accounts, I must basically be patient. Well, guess what, it is not good enough. also demand to know why the FICA process has had to be repeated when my details did not change.
